In order to support urban planning in actively managing the urban environment and climate change, the project DECUMANUS was initiated by a consortium led by INDRA. The objective of DECUMANUS is to develop and consolidate a set of sustainable services that allows city managers to include geo-spatial products into their climate change strategies. The project is partly funded through the 7th Framework Programme of the European Union and was successfully kicked off on December 9th to 10th in Brussels at the INDRA seat.
